Sermon: Anxiety
Scripture: Luke 10:38-42
To successfully care for your own m_____________ health, you have to care for your body, your soul, and your spirit.
Worry is something we do or experience; an anxiety d___________ is something a person may have or live with.
Jesus was n_______ diagnosing or condemning what we today would call an anxiety disorder when he told his disciples, ‘Do not w___________________.’

Pray: God, I give You what I cannot control. Fill my heart and mind with Your peace. Amen.

Reflect: What am I carrying that I need to hand over to God?
Pray: God, thank You for caring about what weighs on me. Help me trust You with it today. Amen.
Thursday — Read: John 14:27
Reflect: Where do I need the peace of Jesus today?
Pray: Jesus, when my heart feels unsettled, remind me that You are near and fill me with Your peace. Amen.
Friday — Read: Matthew 6:33–34
Reflect: How can I focus on today instead of worrying about what comes next?
Pray: God, help me trust You with tomorrow and be fully present with You today. Amen.
